Owner Requiremnets

Buyer agrees to:

1. Give all immunizations, as recommended by veterinarian. Your puppy has been on a vacination schedule here and it is very important to continue the vaccination schedule to keep your puppy/dog in good health.
2. Puppy/dog is to be checked for intestinal parasites every 3 months until 1 year of age.
3. Puppy/dog is to be placed on heartworm preventative as recommended by veterinarian. Your puppy has been on a de-worming schedule here, it is very important to continue with a worming schedule to keep your dog/puppy in good health.
4. We recommend that you keep your puppy/dog on NuVet Plus vitamin wafers for a minimum of 1 year. 1/2 tablet daily for puppies until 6 months old, then give one tablet daily. To order call 1-800-474-7044, code 78096, or online @ www.nuvet.com/78096.
5. If illness occurs, puppy/dog is to reeive immediate veterinarian care and all prescribed treatment is to be followed.
The seller is not responsible for fees or charges for verinarian care for the treatment or determination of illness or disease. If diagnosed for a health problem that falls within the Health Guarantee, the seller will be notified in writing, including any veterinarian findings and tests within 48 hours of such diagnosis.
Written proof will be required to verify all of the above.

You, the buyer agree to take good care of the puppy and provide adequate food, water, housing, love and medical care. The buyer agrees to follow the breeders recommendations regarding feeding, training, exercise and general care. The buyer agrees that the puppy/dog will reside at the home of the Buyer, and not be chained or tied outside. This animal is sold with the understanding that it will go to a select home, be socialized properly, and become a member of the family. Please remember puppies are babies too! They need plenty of rest, fresh water, regular food, a warm place to sleep, regular exercise and lots of T.L.C.

Return Policy

In the event you are unable to keep the dog for any reason, Buyer agrees to notify Seller immediately, at no time will the dog be sent to a SHELTER or POUND. The seller will have the option of finding a new home for the dog, however, no refund will be given if the buyer chooses to return the dog. In the event of "resale" the Breeder/Seller shall have first option of purchasing the dog at a price not to exceed 50% of the original cost. If this sale option is not exercised the original buyer may sell the dog, however must notify the seller and provide the new owners name, address, and phone number.
