Health Guarantee
This contract is written for the protection of the Breeder/Seller, the Buyer, and foremost the Puppy. To the best of the sellers knowledge the puppy is in good health at the time of the sale. The buyer at the buyers option and expense, should have the puppy examined by a veterinarian of the buyers choice within 72 hours of delivery of the puppy from the Seller to Buyer, and is urged to do so. The guarantee will be extended if the 72 hours should lapse on a holiday or Sunday. However the guarantee does not cover any health issue caused by neglect or injury. The Breeder/Seller will not be responsible for any vet bills incured by the Buyer.

If a veterinarian examines the puppy and finds it to be "unfit for purchase" the buyer may return the puppy for full refund, provided the puppy has not been injured or neglected. The veterinarian must provide a written statement that the puppy is "unfit for purchase." The seller reserves the right to have the puppy examined by a veterinarian of the sellers choice as a second opinion. A veterinary finding intestinal parasites does not make the puppy unfit for purchase, unless the condition is such that the overall health of the puppy is seriously affected at that time.

The Health Guarantee also includes any life threatening genetic problem that would be properly diagnosed by a qualified veterinarian and documented with testing, and concured by the seller's veterinarian, within the first year. A diagnosis that would preclude the puppy from living an otherwise normal healthy life. The buyer is aware that with an animal there is always the possibility of a life threatening illness or genetic problem and that there can be no absolute guarantee that a health problem will never occur. However, should the puppy develope one or more problems enumerated above, the seller will be notified in writing within 48 hours of diagnosis and the buyer shall have the following options.
A. Keep the puppy/dog, spay or neuter current dog and accept a replacement puppy of the same quality originally purchased. The replacement will be selected by the breeder from the next available litter and provided upon the proof of spay/neuter and return of registration papers of the current puppy/dog. There will be no refund of the purchase price, this is a replacement guarantee only. The replacement can be extended by the mutual agreement if the buyer wishes to wait until the time is better to bring a new puppy into the house hold and not upset the existing puppy/dog. The seller reserves the right to a possible waitng time of 6 months to make this replacement, as puppies are not available at all times.

B. Return the puppy/dog to the breeder along with documentation and veterinarians reports and registration papers and accccept a replacement as outlined above. There is no refund of the purchase price this is a replacement guarantee only. The seller reserves the right to a posssible waitng time of 6 months to make this replacement, as puppies are not available at all times.

The seller is not responsible for any freight or charges incurred in returning or replacing the puppy/dog. The seller is not responsible for any veterinarian charges or fees in diagnosing or treating any illness or genetic disease. The dog will not be replaced if any conditions resulting from abuse, neglect or accident result in death. If death occurs, an autopsy shall be performed at buyers expense to determine exact cause of death. The results shall be sent to the seller prior to any replacements.
