This dog is guaranteed to be free of hip and elbow dysplasia at this time. The hips and elbows will be guaranteed for eight years so long as the dog is not kept tied up on a chain or rope. This guarantee will also be void if the hips or elbows are injured . If a veteranarian certified that the dog has hip or elbox dysplasia, either a full refund will be made or a new dog will be provided. The option can be selected by the buyer. Unless otherwise agreed upon, the faulty dog will be returned to the Shadow Z Ranch.


It is agreed that the dog will be maintained in a safe manner. This will include a confined area to prevent roaming, not tying the dog up on a chain, providing shade in the summer, assuring a constant supply of fresh water, regular vaccinations, no abusive punishment (although strong and consistant corrections are encouraged). Furthermore, the dog will have daily exercise and human interaction.

It is strongly recommended that the dry dog food fed to your German Shepherd NOT include ground corn as one of its main ingredients. Recently, this dog has been fed Nurtro Large Breed Puppy dry food. He also gets large dog biscuits (not wishbone), .

If, at any time, these conditions can not be met or if the personality of the dog does not match the needs of the family, the purchaser will contact the seller, who will make every effort to relocate the dog. For 30 days from the date of purchase, the seller will give a refund for return of the dog, minus $30 to cover the cost of advertising for resale. Under no circumstances will the dog be brought to the Humane Society unless both the buyer and seller agree to such action. The dog will not be set loose in the countryside.
