Toy Fox Terriers are small, energetic, and loveable dogs that will investigate every nook and cranny and then crawl on your lap and go to sleep. They love to be in the middle of things and nothing goes on around them that they don't know.
Even though they are inquisitive, they love to be loved and pampered. They are extremely smart and easily trained. They make excellant family dogs. They are very loyal to their people.
I have a Toy Fox Terrier named Daisy. I have never had so much fun with a dog. She is quick to play and quick to cuddle. At night, she sleeps close but only after a good night kiss. During the day she is content to roam the ranch and check everything out but when evening comes or I come in the house. She is my shadow.
Toy Fox Terriers are easy keepers. They don't require grooming and eat small amounts. The breed is pretty healthy with very few genetic problems.
My dogs stay in the 6lb to 10lb range. I have not had any genetic or skin problems with my dogs.
I would recommend the Toy Fox Terriers to anyone that is looking for a small companion dog.
