Daschunnds are small dogs.They are very affectionate and love attention.Daschunds are very good lap dogs.Daschunds were originally bred for hunting badgers,but our daschunds love to hunt our coach or whatevere is accessible at the time.(laps etc.)Daschunds are very fun going animals they love to play and explore.Our daschund loves to ride on the Kawasaki Mule and bark at the horses.(She believes she is ten foot tall.)We don't have the heart to tell her she's not.We don't let her down because her legs are not long enough to get her out of the horses way fast enough. Dachsunds come in a variety of colors, so you never know, it is like Christmas when they are born!
