CONTRACT

DEPOSTIS ARE BINDING AND NON-REFUNDABLE

(PURCHASER) Agrees to never sell said dog or give said dog to any pet store (shop), buy to sell puppy to another individual or seller is a puppy broker. Within 24 hours of the date of this sale, If the purchaser's veterinarian finds something wrong with the puppy other than worms or readily contagious disorders that can be contracted when the puppy is picked up by the seller then the seller must return the dog. The purchaser may receive another dog of equal value if the diagnosis is confirmed by my veterinarian and there is one available AT THIS TIME OR within 4 months of the sale. If there not one available with this time line then seller will return the purchasers price.
(Seller) assumes no responsibility for the puppy after leaving the premises. Medical expenses, landlords disapproval, allergy to animals, or disagreement of family, or for any other reason then stated. If within 7 days of stated purchase date, the buyers veterinarian discovers a congenital defect that will severely interfere with the life function and or mobility of the puppy described the breeder is obligated to replace the puppy only after the sellers veterinarian verifies the condition and it is found not to be caused by the purchaser. The puppy in question must be returned to the seller. The puppy will be replaced within 4 months no longer then 6 months--- Puppies are guaranteed genetically under certain terms. The breeder is not responsible for damages physical or emotional to the buyers self... or and like wise to other individuals. The breeder is always willing to give advice and help in nay reasonable way in reference to the welfare of the puppy which is the prime concern. The puppy is wormed on regular schedule treatment for puppies and if any worms are found in the puppy your veterinarian can take care of the treatment. This is not a valid reason for returning the puppy.
Shipping clause_________ If due to Extenuating circumstances puppy can not be shipped on time do to environmental conditions or illness the shipper will contact the new owner giving them the time of the new shipping date or offer a puppy out of anther litter. At no time will the seller put any puppy at risk of illness or death to make s shipping date when temperatures do not allow to ship. Transport by ground is added monies to be paid by new owner. If puppy cannot be shipped in 120 days then the money will be refunded. Genetic gurarantiee for 1 year with certain stipulations made for teacups to be set down between seller and buyer.

P.S. Very tiny puppies will be given nutri-cal at least 1/2 inch twice a day or stat. This can be gotten form your veterinarian. Be sure puppy is eating well and drinking well. Warm bedding free of draft is required. Deposits are not refundable. New owner must have the puppy veterinarian checked within 48 hr and send vet findings to breeder with in 5 days for contract to be valid failure to do so makes contract null and void. No guarantee for over or under bite unless other wise stated. Also Kennel cough, coccidia, or Guardia which is common in puppies is not covered for the simple reason that it can be treated and cured. Any major body organ failure is considered life threatening and is under contract. Any health problem that can be treated by medication and or surgery is not

paper work can take up to 6 months if there is a change of owner ship
or for other reasons unknown to the breeder . in this case be patient
no monies will ever be returned unless the seller wishes to do so
