Night-Owl Kennels Purchase Agreement
I, _____________________________, agree, that any and all deposits/payments made on said Siberian husky pup is non-refundable. If sale must be cancelled for any reason, sixty (60%) percent of the initial deposits/payments made, will go toward another puppy at any time within one (1year) calendar year. Deposit will be forfeited if not redeemed after one year.
