JOSIAH 10 MONTHS



Josiah was born here at Jackpins Ranch in April of 2008. He is considered a Tan, or a Dilute Red in color. He has a blue nose and pawpads, his coat is a light Tan color with a little bluish hue to it in the sun. He is all color factored, and actually had a Blue, a Chocolate, and a Black sibling in his litter. Josiah is the smallest stud here at Jackpins Ranch, he weighs in right about 5 pounds, and is 10 inches tall at the shoulder. I have enjoyed him very much, and even though he can be a real ornery little scutter, he is a great companion and walks well on a leash, and he loves to go in the car on road trips. Josiah is a bibilical name that means "Fire of God", which suits this little spitfire to a Tee!!!

I hope you enjoy his page as much as I have enjoyed putting it together.

This is Samuel, Josiah's daddy. Samuel comes from two of my favorite dogs of all time, and he is very special to me as well.

This is the fun, active part of Josiah's page. He is 11 months old in most of these photos, and weighs right at 5 pounds. He is very active, and enjoys life as you can tell by these photos.

The pictures above are two of my favorites. I call the first one "I Surrender". Josiah's Aunt Bonnie, and his sister Phebe are getting after him.

The second picture he is running from the girls for all he is worth. Won't be long before he is chasing them:)

I can imagine Josiah telling his sister, Dixie, in the first picture above "Hey, no hitting below the belt"!!!

The second picture is a hoot to me. Josiah and Gabriel are sparing over Mercy. Josiah is winding up with feet off the ground and teeth bared!!! Mercy ended up being Josiah's 3rd wife, so I guess he was victorious!!!

Josiah is a very active boy!!! I would call the first picture above "Ready to Pounce", or "The Stalker"!!!

The other picture is of Josiah crossing running water for the first time, he had a blast that day.

FULL TILT  WHAT'S THAT?

The first picture above is my all time favorite picture of this little guy. "Full Tilt"

He is a teenager in the other picture, and I think he must have lost his contact lense in the grass.
