We have given your puppy its first heartworm prevenative .
WE REQUIRE you to continue to use heartworm prevenative
for the health of your puppy/dog.
WE REQUIRE that you take your puppy to your veterinarian
for a check-up within ten days of purchase.
We as the breeder thru have supplied the puppy with vaccination appropriate for age as well as dewormings.

Your puppy has been Home Again Micro chipped for
permanent identification.

We recommend quality brands of food for your puppy: Canidae dry kibble, Flint River Ranch, Nature's Recipe, Wellness, Natural Balance, Nature's Variety,Royal Canin, Premium Edge.
Purchaser is required to have puppy on a preventive veterinary
schedule with his or her veterinarian.

Purchaser is required to keep puppy within proper weight guidelines
for his/her height/structure.
Your veterinarian will help you with proper check ups.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES is this puppy to be
used for breeding.

IN ADDITION:
Because all canine illness's are NOT covered by vaccination,
we require that ALL GOLDROCKS DOGS AND PUPPIES
BE ON NUVET PLUS CANINE and NUVET JOINT FORMULA.

WE REQUIRE that you give your puppy/dog NuVet
plus canine and NuVet Joint formula
for the first TWO YEARS during growth.
We do recommend that you continue with NuVet
for the life of your dog.
NUVET LABS sends us a monthly report on which
GoldRocks Dogs and Puppies are being supplemented with NuVet.
NOTE: OUR HEALTH GUARANTEE WILL BE NULL AND VOID
IF YOU DO NOT KEEP YOUR PUPPY/DOG ON THIS
SUPPLEMENT FOR THE FIRST TWO YEARS.

Your puppy has or will be examined by a board certified canine opthalmologist.
WE REQUIRE your puppy to be examined after your puppy
reaches one year of age.
GoldRocks require's your puppy to receive
the following after one year of age:

OFA Preliminaryradiograph for Hips AND Elbows
Cardiac examination for OFA Certification
Examination for Patella Luxation Certification
Examination by Canine Opthalmologist for CERF
GoldRocks will pay your veterinarian the sum of $150.00 for the
above testing and CERF Examination.
Any additional cost to your veterinarian must be paid by you.
We can coordinate with you to use our veterinarian and all
testing will be paid by GoldRocks if we use our Veterinarians.

In the unlikely event that your puppy has a
congenital or genetic defect diagnosed by a
specialist in the field of the defect you must
provide GoldRocks with proof of the following:
A letter from your veterinarian stating:
The puppy/dog is still owned by you.
The puppy/dog is a house dog & cared for properly
The puppy/dog has not been used for breeding
(a spay or neuter certificate)
The puppy/dog has been on a preventive
maintenance schedule with its veterinarian
The puppy/dog has maintained proper weight for
its height/structure
The puppy/dog has not been over excerised during
the growth pweriod (two years) which would include
running or jumping the dog excessively in play.
The puppy/dog has been fed proper nutrition, please provide copy of receipts.

If surgery or medicine will in all likelihood make this puppy/dog to be able to live a comfortable life GoldRocks will pay upto the purchase price of the puppy/dog minus the cost of puppy package,care, health care & testing and delivery (if applicable) by GoldRocks.
GoldRocks is not and will not be responsible for
transportation cost of purchaser.
The amount of refund for puppy is at the sole discretion of GoldRocks.

Only in the case of severe illness which will not be able to be corrected by surgery or medicine and the dog does not have the likelihood of a comfortable life we then request the puppy/dog be humanely euthanized and a letter stating so must be sent to us by your veterinarian.
GoldRocks will then povide a replacement puppy/dog.
GoldRocks will not give cash refunds.

In the event purchaser can either not continue to care for or provide a home for the puppy/dog, GoldRocks REQUIRES puppy/dog to be brought back
to GoldRocks so that we can find a suitable home
for puppy/dog. WWe are willing to have purchaser place this dog if the party of purchaser's chioce can provide GoldRocks with the proper information which could include a letter from
the party's veterinarian stating they can provide for this puppy/dog.

This requirement is in no way to refelt negatively on the owner,
only to insure that GoldRocks responsibility to our puppy/dog to provide them an acceptable home where they will be loved and cared for is provided.

OUR GUARANTEE DOES NOT INCLUDE:
poisoning, accidents, or behavioral problems,
as training philosophies and environments vary amongst individuals.
We do humbly request that you use positive training for your puppy/dog.

NO FURTHER OR PREVIOUS GUARANTEES ARE IMPLIED EITHER VERBALLY,
WRITTEN, OR OTHERWISE STATED.
As the breeder/seller, I certify thru testing and observation by GoldRocks / our veterinarian that this puppy/dog appears free from illness and defects, and does not appear clinically ill from parasitic infestations.
