Health Warranty / Guarantee


Beaver Creek Kennels guarantees each puppy to be in good health at time of sale.

The First 72 hours
Within 72 hours of pick-up or shipment, the puppy must be taken to your Licensed Veterinarian. Should the puppy have a congenital defect, we must be notified immediately by phone. Puppy may be replaced with one of equal or lesser value, (upon the return of the original puppy), if such a condition is found by your Licensed Veterinarian within the first 72 hours. A written statement from your veterinarian describing the medical condition must be provided to us before the puppy is returned.

We are not responsible for vet fees, treatment costs, transportation costs, stress, shipment of replacement puppy or any other expenses. There are no cash refunds.

This provision is subject to confirmation by our veterinarian.

6 month Warranty
For the first 6 months, Beaver Creek Kennels will replace the puppy with a new one, of equal or lesser value, if we have proper written, signed certification from a Licensed Veterinarian stating the puppy's problems/sickness stem from us. We are not responsible for vet fees, treatment costs, transportation costs, stress, shipment of replacement puppy or any other expenses.

This provision is also subject to confirmation by our veterinarian.

Vaccinations
Puppies are vaccinated starting at 6 weeks of age with Vanguard Plus 5 from Pfizer. It is given in 3 doses, 3 weeks apart. This vaccine protects against canine distemper (CD), infectious canine hepatitis (ICH), canine adenovirus-1 (CAV-1), canine adenovirus-2 (CAV-2) respiratory disease, canine parvovirus (CPV), and canine parainfluenza (CPI).

Beaver Creek does not warrant against the Parvo or Corona Viruses once puppy has left our facility.

Parasites
De-wormings are given to all puppies at 3 wks, 6 wks, etc for external parasites (ie: roundworms, hookworms, whipworms, tapeworms, ringworms, etc...). However, we cannot guarantee that the puppy will not test positive on a fecal exam.
